CoreTech & Ulvac-Phi had joint to the 1st International Conference on Applied Surface Science (ICASS) in Shanghai
July 28, 2015 Shanghai China - The 1st International Conference on Applied Surface Science is organized by the journal Applied Surface Science. The purpose of the conference is to set a platform for all researchers in applied surface science to present their most recent works, so in a result to allow technologies and information sharing. Ulvac-Phi Incorporated and CoreTech Integrated Limited had joint to the event together to present the newest Surface Analysis instrumentation technologies to the participants.
